Benefits of Neurofeedback

What is Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive form of brain training that uses EEG sensors placed on the scalp to monitor brain activity. While you listen to music, specialized software monitors this activity and provides real-time feedback through subtle changes in the music, signalling the brain to recognize its patterns and make adjustments.

How Does Neurofeedback Work?

Neurofeedback works like a mirror for the brain. Sensors monitor brain activity while you relax and listen to music. When NeurOptimal® detects changes in brain activity, the music briefly pauses, providing real-time feedback to the brain.

Much like seeing your reflection allows you to make natural adjustments, this feedback gives the brain an opportunity to recognize its own patterns and adapt.

No conscious effort is required — simply relax and let your brain do the work.
